Carmine's
What else can be said!!!!! Amazing restaurant and food, and the service from Kyle was even better. Dunes with Kyle a few times now every time I'm in Vegas and come to Carmine's and it's always a pleasure
The calamari and chicken parm are to the moon

We were with another couple, having a great Happy Hour experience until a little plate of $6 Eggplant Rollatini was brought out and served late. What transpired after that was not the fault of or any reflection on our Bartender/Server Anthony. Matt the bar-side manager is a piece of work. We watched him systematically berate the server after accusing us of eating the plate of rollatini still sitting atop the bar back. Suffice it to say Matt's unprofessional, abusive treatment of the server was on display for us all to see. I asked for a manager (above Matt) to let him know our otherwise positive experience at Carmine's was tainted by what we witnessed and how Manager Matt chooses to abuse his sense of power. What a shame and what an embarrassment for Carmine's if you allow this type of lowly, managerial behavior. Thank you Anthony for your gracious and kind service throughout our meal.
My review would be 4 stars without Matt's lack of foresight in view of paying customers. I hate to see this poor side of management. -

Whoa.
That was a lot of food but I wasn't all that impressed.
The carmine's salad was delicious. It had all the right stuff in it and dressed well.
The spaghetti & meatballs was ok, it was super simple. I wish it had more garlic or herbs. The penne was better but still not very memorable.
The sausage and peppers was different than any sausage and peppers I have had. The sausage actually had too much herbs and seasonings and It wasn't to my liking.
I didn't have the chicken parmigiana. I was already too full from the amount of food that had come out.
We also had tiramisu and strawberry shortcake for dessert. I wish I had saved room but after the first 4 courses I was stuffed to the brim.
The service was excellent, I wish I was better prepared for the amount of food and maybe had my own selection of food. -

Located in Ceasers Hotel on Las Vegas Blvd. It's a good Italian Resturant. Big menu and lots to choose from. The food was decent. Can be pricey depending on your order. Family Style with big portions. I wasn't blown away but it was okay. Still trying to find a good Italian Resturant in Las Vegas.

Went to the one in New York a couple years ago it wasn't to bad and wished I tried something else off the menu.
So we got the garlic cheese bread. So good and cheesy. The bread is a bit hard. We got the salad with like every thing cucumbers, radish etc. it was good. We also got the cheese ravioli and chicken parmigiana it was delicious. The chicken parmigiana comes in 4 pieces so u need to cut them to share, wish there were more pieces. I thought we couldn't eat all this food but we did.
The portions are family style. The hard part is to choose something everyone wants to share.
Our waiter was really nice.
There's complementary bread with sauce on top. It's good, ask for butter.
Also there's a water pitcher on the table which you pour yourself water and they fill up the pitcher for you at the table.
